The Cricket
Seven short and lovely stories for toddlers about the adventures of a cricket and his magical violin. From the creator of the world-famous Mole.
The cricket plays the violin and knows how to solve every problem with his music But he is not the only one who makes music: the dung beetles play the tuba and the bees the cello. The ladybirds also join in the concert, while the aphids don't even realise at first that their saw teeth are actually fantastic musical instruments.
As with The Mole, Zdeněk Miler's animation style endears preschoolers and their parents. There is no dialogue in these cartoons, but there is music.
