Rialto for Short - season 6: the final

Rialto offers new, undiscovered talent a chance to present themselves to audiences and professionals, and show their films on the big screen. And we have done just that again this season with the Rialto for Short programme.

This Tuesday night at 19.00, the final of the sixth season is on the programme; the filmmakers present their work to the audience as well as to the jury. And after each film, as always, there is a Q&A with the maker.

After the supporting film, Nina Gantz's acclaimed Wander to Wonder (out of competition), the films of the three nominees will be shown:

Winner edition 1: Sacred Selfhood - Evelyn Imafidon
Winner edition 2: Body's Blindness - Jikke Lesterhuis
Winner edition 3: Moshi Moshi - Lili Conzen & Ohle Minnigh

The jury consists of Safirah Dijkstra (dramaturge at VPRO-HUMAN, among others), Aiman Hassani (filmmaker and collaborator Wedowe), Stefan Malešević (filmmaker and editor at De Balie). They will watch the films and decide, together with the audience and a special guest, which film is the best of the evening. The winner will receive a prize of € 2000.
