After the death of his mother, 31-year-old Rein has moved to Swiss Alps to pull himself together as a snowboard instructor. One day, his father Gijs shows up on his doorstep, a man who likes to be the centre of attention, something that has always annoyed Rein. The relationship between father and son does not improve when Gijs starts flirting with Rein's new girlfriend Laura. During a tough trek through the high mountains, Rein and Gijs get separated from their group, after which the two have to find their way down to the valley alone. Gijs can barely keep up with the descent, but his son does not give him any leeway. QAnd it gets worse.
