After the Hunt

Yale philosophy professor Alma Imhoff gets on well with her colleagues and students, especially with her colleague Hank Gibson and her favourite student Maggie, whom she is supervising with her thesis. When Alma throws a party at her home, the two of them are there. When the party is over, Hank, who is bit drunk, takes Maggie home. The next day she is back at Alma's door, telling her that Hank has sexually harassed her. Hank denies it and claims that Maggie is lying to divert attention from the plagiarism she committed in her thesis. Alma cannot remain impartial; she must choose sides. But which one?

Actor Andrew Garfield, who plays Hank, had long wanted to star in a film by Luca Guadagnino (Call Me By Your Name and Challengers, among others). That dream has come true in this thrilling #MeToo drama. Also starring Julia Roberts and Ayo Edebiri.
