Good Boy

Todd suffers from a chronic lung condition and therefore moves from New York to his late grandfather's remote house. And of course, his loyal and beloved dog Indy moves with him. Todd's sister Vera doesn't think it's a good idea, because she believes the house is haunted. And she's right... The first to notice that something is wrong is Indy. The animal sees dark figures wandering through the house, including the ghostly shadow of Bandit, Todd's grandfather's former dog, who disappeared without a trace. Meanwhile, Todd himself is getting worse and worse, with all the consequences that entails. But Indy continues to do everything he can to help his owner.

Remarkably, debut director Ben Leonberg has chosen to tell this particularly exciting story from the perspective of a dog. And he succeeds wonderfully, as evidenced by the film's very positive reception in the press. Indy is “played” by Indy, Leonberg's real-life dog.
