The documentary looks at what happens when people are able to liberate themselves creatively and the rich vibrant World it creates when there are those freedoms. Never heard before stories, and in-depth conversations give an insight into how sheer determination and a pioneering spirit is bringing authentic African expression to the world. The Ones Who Keep Walking follows those creatives shaping the African future, from the inside out. Pre film: Black in Tokyo
Black in Tokyo is a short documentary by Amarachi Nwosu that takes viewers to Japan, where she introduces us to five individuals of African descent, including rapper Antarius Reynolds and black hair salon owner Lee Marshal. Director Amarachi Nwosu will be present for the screening, and takes the stage for a short introduction and a Q&A.
